central location and helpful staff
stylish lobby friendly staff central location
the staff was friendly. they helped with tv queries. they were also available for air conditioning issues. the lobby and reception areas were stylish. the location is near many bars and restaurants! the hotel is a short walk from the arc de triomphe.
the room was small.

the breakfast included scrambled eggs and green salad. croissants and baguette were very tasty. homemade pie was delicious. the breakfast area looked very stylish.

staff were polite, with smiles, ready to assist. i checked in late and asked for a kettle. they promptly put one in my room. the reception staff was pleasant!

safe box public transport helpful staff
the hotel staff stored my luggage before check-in time. the room included a safe, but i did not use it. there was public transportation very close to the building.
the coffee and tea are only available in the lobby.

Very nice Stay!
renovated rooms friendly staff great air conditioning
The location was amazing! I easily walked to main attractions. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean! I found the staff so friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The air conditioning worked great keeping the room cool, which I definitely needed.
The soundproofing could have been better. I did hear some street noise at times!

poor soundproofing inconvenient kettle
the location was good being a short walk to the arc de triomphe and some metro lines
the room i had was quite small soundproofing was not good either i could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway it was difficult to sleep well also there was no kettle provided in the room i had to go down to the lobby for coffee or tea it was not very convenient
